An office building in Sector 6 of Bucharest was affected by a serious fire last weekend. The building is owned by the company Instant Group SRL Bucharest, controlled entirely by Iraki businessman Taha Al-Borayashi.
The fire occurred on the fifth floor of the building where operating an IT&C and a pharmaceutical company, said the head of the Labour Inspectorate, Constantin Bujor.
Named Virtutii Office Building, is located in Militari district, has 7 floors and a usable area of 5,000 sqm, announces Romania TV.
In 2008, Dante International has leased 4,000 sqm in Virtutii Office Building. After Dante International relocation in Swan Office & Technology Park in Pipera, Virtutii Office Building remained mostly unoccupied.
