The business woman Luchi Georgescu Lucha invested €3.6m in the renovation of the three-star complex Melodia.
The hotel is built on an area of 13,000 sqm, has 109 rooms, and required an investment of around €2m. The restaurant required another investment of €1.1m, in the pool €400,000 and another €100,000 for a children’s area. The return of investment is estimated over 7-8 years.
