All new Prague offices going for green certificates

10 July 2012

In 2012 five of eleven office buildings scheduled for completion should receive green certifications, but projects without a BREEAM or LEED approval could soon be a thing of the past. According to Cushman & Wakefield, all office premises on track to finish in 2013 and 2014 have either received pre-certification for one of the regimes or will are on target to do so. The shift has been forced by the green requirements of multinational tenants, leading to developers taking on board sustainable design components in the early project stages.
