The list of tenants is growing at Skanska’s Green Tower office complex, with the medical equipment provider DB having just signed a lease agreement for its new service center. DB currently operates in 50 countries, and its new center is to add 70 jobs to the local labor market. The opening of the new location in Poland is scheduled for September 2012. This latest lease follows agreements with Dolby, Medicover Group and the Talex company. The first tenants moved into the project’s first phase in the middle of April. Work on the second phase of the building is now underway, and it is scheduled for completion in 2013.
