The world’s biggest lender, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), is to open its first office in Poland. Talks on a lease are currently underway on 1,200 sqm of offices at Griffin House, which was built in 2006 at Plac Trzech Krzyży street in Warsaw. The building offers 6,300 sqm of retail and office space. “The building is situated in the most admired office location, in Warsaw’s retail high street area, and has excellent access to public transport and city center amenities,” said Daniel Bienias, Director of Tenant Representation division at CBRE Office Department, which is representing ICBC in the transaction.
