Private health care network Regina Maria has a new headquarters in office business park Conect, according to real estate consultancy company Capital Property Advisors (CPA), which brokered the transaction.
Network Regina Maria rented a usable area of 226 sqm and will establish here a call center that will serve the entire network, according to Alexandra Balescu, senior broker, Office Division, Capital Property Advisors.
The business park Connect is located in Pipera – Dimitrie Pompeiu area, in northern Bucharest.
Among the companies housed there are included Gecad, Domo, Softwin and Dell.
In 2011 Capital Property Advisors has made real estate transactions worth €40m.
