Ekospol started construction of the first phase of its 43rd large residential project. The first portion of Vilapark Uhříněveská obora will offer 58 flats in two four-storey buildings, half of which were sold before construction began. Ekospol offers homes at moderate prices starting at CZK 39,400/sqm (€1,542/sqm). The first phase is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2013. In all, Uhříněveská obora will offer 151 units. Evžen Korec, Ekospol’s CEO said that the company will celebrate its 20th anniversary on the Czech market this year, having completed 40 major residential projects, representing investments of more than CZK 100m each.
