Jerzy Wiśniewski’s resignation as chairman of PBG was accepted by shareholders at the end of last week, after the news hit that the contractor was going bankrupt. Wieslaw Różecki is taking over the reins of PBG, while Wiśniewski will continue sitting on the company’s supervisory board.
