Chairman of bankrupt PBG resigns

Jerzy Wiśniewski’s resignation as chairman of PBG was accepted by shareholders at the end of last week, after the news hit that the contractor was going bankrupt. Wieslaw Różecki is taking over the reins of PBG, while Wiśniewski will continue sitting on the company’s supervisory board. In his first days, Różacki wants assess the value of all of the company’s assets and develop a list of all its creditors by mid-September managed bankruptcy proceedings can take place. “The most important at the moment is to re-evaluate the balance sheet,” said Różacki during an interview.
