PBG sell-offs begin

PBG plans to offload the Skalar office building in Poznań, for which it hopes to raise more than PLN 100m. “We expect to sell Skalar in July,” says Jerzy Wiśniewski, the member in PBG’s management board. The transaction could give us PLN 120m. We’re now in talks with potential buyers on the sale of Skalar, with further sell-offs also planned in the medium-term.” Delivered in 2010, the office building in Poznań offers 14,000 sqm of space. There’s at least one more sell-off planned by PBG, the company has revealed, with the Galeria Kujawska shopping mall scheduled to be offloaded, for which the company expects to get PLN 100m.
