The developer T.B.I.W. is building Jinonická vyhlídka, a residential project offering 62 flats, two studios and six retail along with office units. The building is scheduled for completion by the end of the year, and Pavel Velebil of the exclusive broker Tide Reality says 75 percent of the apartments and half of the commercial space on the bottom floors have been pre-sold. Located next to the Jinonická metro station, the developer is selling a typical three-roomed, 75 sqm unit for around CZK 5m (€193,349).
