Point Park Properties (P3) signed a contract with NBGI Private Equity Limited for the development and leasing of Arad Business Park. The park sits on a 6.5ha plot of land and offers 40,000 sqm of built space dedicated to light industrial activities, logistics and distribution. It’s location is one of its primary strong points, as it sits 2.5 km from Arad’s city center and 50 km from the Hungarian border. It’s easily accessible by road, rail and public transport, and has a supermarket adjacent to it.
NBGI Private Equity is a major European private equity and venture capital investment firm founded in 2000, currently managing approximately €900m across a number of different funds.
