Traditional, 400 year-old bath in Budapest, Rudas Fürdő, is being renovated at a cost of HUF 510 m. The project is supported by the European Union with HUF 393. The investment consists of the modernization of the bath’s air system, the reconstruction of the front hall and a restoration of the building’s facade, work that will be done according to photos and drafts from the 1800’s. The work isn’t expected to close the facility entirely. They also plan to build an experience bath there in the future.
