The first office building in the Afi Business Park Cotroceni is 50 percent leased with two months to go still before delivery. The developer Afi Europe signed a pre-lease contract with Endava Romania, an IT services company, which will occupy 2,400 sqm of space.
The Endava Romania deal took place after the conclusion of another contract with Microchip Technologies for 2,500 sqm in the same building.
The developer began construction on the building in June 2011 and will be completed in August 2012, while the second office building will be ready in January 2014. For the remaining three, AFI Europe expects to complete one building per year. Afi Business Park Cotroceni is being build right next to Afi Palace Cotroceni mall. Once completed, Afi Cotroceni Business Park will include five Class A office buildings with a total of 70,000 sqm.
