A new project is being planned in Szczecin, called Bałtyk Tower,in which architects from the MDVD studio are cooperating with Ultra-Architects. The scheme is to be introduced to the market by the businessman Piotr Voelke and the investment fund Garvest, according to Gazeta Wyborcza. Construction is scheduled to begin in the middle of 2013, by which time the investors expect to have obtained all the permits needed to launch the project. “Only then it will be possible for us to set a deadline for completion,” says Michał Włodarczyk from Garvest fund. The 12,000 sqm building will provide a mix of office and retail space on Św. Marcina Street.
