Hungary to support local PPP construction

Local governments will receive HUF 15bn in support from the Hungarian state in order to finance PPP investments. The investments include the building and development of gyms and swimming pools constructed mainly for students. The measure affects 35 investments, which are worth a total of HUF 50bn. Government spokesman András Giró-Szász added that PPP constructions cost the Hungarian state HUF 120bn annually.
