Poland’s office sector continue to attract the investors in 2012, with a new survey by Ernst & Young suggesting that the current yield for office space stands at 7 percent. Thanks to the rising number of kilometers of motorways in Poland, the list of attractive locations is also expanding, encouraging investors to build new project in those areas. Warsaw’s office market has grown significantly since the beginning of the year, with 20 projects delivered to the marker since 2011. That’s a total of 168,000 sqm of new space, though the number fails to match the market demand, as the number of foreign companies looking to establish operations in the country continues to rise. A total of 300,000 sqm of new office space is expected to be delivered by the end of the year.
