The most expensive apartment on sale in Bucharest is a penthouse which cost €3m, while the cheapest unit being sold an apartment that’s going for just €15,000, according to imobiliare.ro.
In the first case, the buyer would get a 303 sqm penthouse with four rooms and a terrace, along with a jacuzzi located on the fourth floor of an exclusive residential complex completed in 2008 in the Baneasa forest.
The second priciest unit on sale is a 13-room, 8 bathroom house located in the northern Pipera district that can be had for €2.25m. That’s followed by a Herasrau penthouse that’s expected to fetch €2m.
If the most expensive apartments top include mostly apartment from North Bucharest area, Rahova, Berceni and Militari neighborhoods are among the cheapest in Bucharest, according to imobiliare.ro. The lowest price for an apartment with 60 sqm in Militari neighborhood is €15,000. It’s located 5th floor of a 10 storey structure built in 1978.
