The TriCity residential developer Ekolan plans to hit the office market this year, with its new investment called Good Point 761. “Good Point 761 is planned for completion in 2013, while the cornerstone ceremony is scheduled for June 25,” said Alina Wabnic-Kamińska, Ekolan’s board representative for marketing. The project is a reconstruction of an old tenement-house, built back in 1899, designed by Carla Kupperschitta. “It’s our first but surely not the last office project, though it’s still too soon to provide any details. The seven-storey building is to be developed in the area of the Sopot business zone, on Aleje Niepodległości.
