Futureal enters the American markets

Futureal, a leading Hungarian real estate developer and investor is seeking opportunities on the American property market because of the European market’s frozen situation. The company set up to spearhead this effort is called Cordia USA and has been set up with $15m in capital. The company’s first aim is to expand in 4-5 cities, by buying approximately 500 properties. The first acquisitions of properties in Georgia and Michigan should be purchased from banks in June.
