Meritum Bank has moved into new office space in Olivia Business Centre in Gdansk, adding 160 jobs to the TriCitry’s labor market, mostly in its IT and telemarketing departments. This latest lease is the first step in the bank’s development strategy, which is expected to create further jobs in Poland in the near-term. Meritum Bank currently employs more than 800 workers, placing it among the TriCity region’s top companies. Olivia Business Centre is an office and retail complex that will offer 120,000 sqm of new space in the city of Gdańsk, with 12,000 intended to the retail units. So far, only the first phase is delivered, called Olivia Business Gate.
