The first phase of DOCK, a mixed-use riverside project in Prague’s Libeň district, has received its occupancy permit. Built by the developer Crestyl, the project now includes three apartment buildings offering 60 flats ranging in size from two to four rooms. The developer claims 50 percent of the units in this first phase have been sold. Radim Sayed, sales director at Crestyl, says that sales of the second phase will begin soon. The first phase of the project was designed by the Italian architect Sergio Porcellini of Mediapolis studio.
