Two tenants have agreed to take space at two office buildings of Liebrecht & wooD in Warsaw. The first one, Simba Toys Polska was signed up for space at Flanders Business Park that will become available in a building scheduled to open in in September. At the same time, Emig has prolonged its agreement for the space it now occupies in Green House, a Liebrecht & wood office building, for another next three years.
Flanders Business Park is located at the intersection of Łopuszańskiej and Flisa Streets in Warsaw, near Frederic Chopin Airport. It comprises two office buildings, and has a total area of 14,500 sqm. Green House is a three-storey building providing 3,200 sqm of offices on Hankiewicza Street in Warsaw. One of the building’s anchors is now Weltbild Polska.
