The developer Bozner has completed the first phase of Kajetánka, a residential project it has been building in Prague 6. Two apartment buildings were completed along with the reconstruction of the chateau and park. These were taken over by the district of Prague 6, and opened to the public as of May. Construction of the third apartment building is currently underway, and will offer 27 flats rating from two- to four-roomed units of up to 117 sqm. Completion is expected by the end of 2012. Works on the fourth building with 39 flats will commence this summer. After completion in one year, Kajetánka will offer 140 units, including high-end apartments in a reconstructed baroque Oranžerie.
