The developer Ronson has announced a pre-purchase agreement it has signed this week on two plots in Warsaw, totaling 118,400 sqm, at Jaśminowa Street on Mokotów district. The 700 unit project would be the biggest investment of the company so far and looks to have been arranged through an agreement worth PLN 83m. “The new project in Mokotów fits our strategy to increase the scope of our activity,” says Andrzej Gutowski, sales and marketing director at Ronson Development. “Thanks to its size, the project is expected to create something like a district,” he adds. “A great advantage if this transaction is also the fact that the payment has been spread in time, over two installments. Only 25 percent is to be paid by us now, with the remaining part due to be paid in the middle of 2014,” says Tomasz Łapiński, Chief Financial Officer at Ronson Development.
