The real estate agency Eston International has secured a new tenant for the DC Offices project. Having signed up the Austrian lighting equipment supplier Zumtobel Lighting, Eston brought in the Hungarian HR consultancy Work Force as a new tenant. Work Force is to lease a total of 390 sqm, along with a 120 sqm client service area. DC Offices is an A+ category office building, located on Váci road, one of the fastest developing business quarters of Budapest. Work Force chose DC Offices because of its excellent accessibility, rent level, and landlord flexibility.
