Echo Investment secured a PLN 93.3m loan to finance its Aquarius Business House, a new office project itās developing in WrocÅaw. The agreement was signed last week with Alior Bank, to make it possible for Echo to complete the first stage of the project, and to launch the second, due for delivery in September 2013. āAlior Bank is a new partner. We are happy to be starting our cooperation with a project as interesting as Aquarius Business House. Particularly taking into consideration the fact that there has been a lot of interest in financing the project due to its very good location and the prestige of its tenants. Alior Bank turned out to be a reliable and efficient partner in this process and we hope to cooperate on other projects in the future,ā says Grzegorz IwaÅski, director of the Funding Department in Echo Investment.
