Transylvania Insolvency House (TIH) expects an increasing number of insolvencies among medium and large companies.
A TIH recent study showed that most companies which entered insolvency are from construction and real estate (Alia Estate Bucharest, Concefa Sibiu, Euroconstruct Timisoara, ICIM Arad, Edilitar Mancini, Amarad), trade (Piritex, Elanko, Can Serv, Corsa through its brand, House of Art) and production (Romplumb, Europroducts, Veritas Panciu).
The companies fall into insolvency proceedings because there are unable to reschedule loans and because lack of capital, amid the general decline in sales during the economic crisis, said TIH specialists.
