Immofinanz Group plans to expand its Dębowe Tarasy housing project in the city of Katowice at a cost of €21.7m, the investor has revealed. The project is the German investor’s first in Poland, and this most recent phase should be completed next year. The building’s cornerstone was this week for three new apartment buildings that would provide 317 new flats. “We’ve been encouraged to enter the Polish residential market after the success of the first phase of the project, as well as by increasing demand for high-end and medium-end flats,” said Daniel Riedl from Immofinanz’s management board.
