A new class A office building, Váci Corner Offices is being built in Budapest by the Slovak developer HB Reavis. The company bought the 19,000 sqm project recent in a project it plans to complete by 2013. The developer’s goal is to acehive an “Excellent” certificate from the BREEAM environmental regime. HB Reavis has been expanding its reach in the Czech Republic and more recently in Poland, but this Vaci Corner marks its first entry into the Hungarian marked.
