MSF TFI plans to launch a new office building in Warsaw at Plac Trzech Krzyży Street, near the Warsaw Stock Exchange premises. The fund, owned by the Polish Development and Industrial Agency, intends to deliver 7,000 sqm of new offices to the city centre in a project designed by the AMC – Andrzej M. Chołdzyński architectural office. Along with the project, the fund is also to carry out renovation work on the Banking and Financial Centre (CBF) to provide 17,000 sqm of new office space, including a two-level parking for 40 vehicles that comes with the project.
