The Warsaw stock exchange edged higher Tuesday on relief from yesterday’s low, with Poland’s strongest listings (blues chips), the WIG20 index posting a 0.17 percent jump at the opening. PLN 5m in trades were recorded shortly after the opening bell, suggesting strongly that today’s price variations won’t be as dramatic as they have been in recent trading sessions. Today’s biggest winner so far is KGHM, which had risen 1 percent by noon, with PGE close behind with a 0.8 percent hike.
