The Budapest office of CBRE has brokered a lease agreement with Omnicom Group, a leading American advertising and marketing company, for office space at Liget Center. Omnicom will be occupying 3,000 sqm at the building in a deal that goes for six years and which will make the company the largest tenant. Omnicom will place two of its advertising companies in the building: TBWA and DDB. Liget Center was renovated in 2002, and its tenant list includes such companies as Walt Disney.
