HB Reavis bought a construction plot of land Prague 8’s Karlín district from the Austrian company Premium Red, a member of Volksbank Group. The complex of two connected buildings, called Horizon Offices, is located next to River Gardens, an office building the Slovak developer has recently completed. HB Reavis wants to rename the project River Gardens II and III. After completion it should offer 23,500 sqm of office space. HB Reavis is currently in negotiations about further acquisitions in Prague 4 and 5, writes Hospodářské noviny.
