MS development chose for the Phase I of Zåhrada project in Lysa nad Labem its general contractor – Subterra – which began construction of two buildings (Jasmin and Modrin) totalling 37 flats, a café and two other spaces for business. Open Days are held on site from 21 to 23 June. Those who buy a flat at favourable prices to 23 June, the developer pays the summer holidays of up to CZK 50,000. Completion of Phase I is planned for the summer 2013.
