Echo Investment expects to lauche a new scheme in the city of Katowice in the middle of June, Gazeta.pl reports, with the recosntruction of the local roads planned to be carried out at the same time. The scheme is a 9,000 sqm office complex, comprising of three buildings, with the construction of the first one scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2012. This, however could only take place be after work on the adjacent roads is completed.
