Starting this summer, Zitec, a leading online local software development, will relocate its offices on the 5th floor of the Phoenix Tower, where it’s renting 920 sqm.
Zitec, a Romanian company that develops software products and online applications and complex environments, becomes the first tenant to move into the newly renovated Phoenix Tower owned by investment fund Aberdeen Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH.
The transaction was conducted by the Office Division of The Advisers/ Knight Frank, and the contract was signed for a period of five years.
