A new high-end scheme is to be delivered in Warsaw’s Powiśle district. The Piano House project that’s just getting underway will be built by Bilfinger Berger Budownictwo and IDS-BUD. The project is a six-storey apartment building designed to resemble an old tenement house, with a vertical elevation system and an inner courtyard. Luxury penthouses will fill the top floor of the building, with three-storey underground parking garage below. The investor, Icon Real Estate developer company, expects to build more than 60 flats.
