Swede Centre has acquired its first tenant for its flagship project in Warsaw, Business Garden office complex. The long-term lease was signed with Adidas, which will operate its offices in 2,800 sqm of space. Swede Centre is developing its project on the corner of Żwirki i Wigury and 1 Sierpnia Streets in a scheme that will eventually comprise seven buildings. The first phase will deliver 32,000 sqm of new offices, with the total of 90,000 sqm expected to be come to the market with all nine buildings. Along with offices, Swede Centre is adding 8 conference rooms and a 200-room business hotel, as well as a restaurant and service points.
