CS Real Estate Fund reports 4.5% growth

ČS nemovitostní fond (CS Real Estate fund) has appreciated 1.8% since the beginning of 2012. Over the last 12 months, however, the fund returned 4.5 percent. Having attracted 13,000 investors, its equity capital currently stands at CZK 1.96 bn. ČS nemovitostní fond is the oldest open-end unit trust in the Czech Republic. Currently, it owns seven buildings, three of which are in Prague, with one each in Brno, Ostrava, České Budějovice, and Bratislava. The fund’s flagship is the mixed-use Melantrich Building in Prague’s Wenceslas Square.
