The developer CODECO has completed the shell of Matějkova, a residential project it’s developing in Prague 9 Vysočany next to Podvinní park. The apartment building is to be completed by the end of the year. It will offer 61 flats ranging from one- to four-bedroom units, with terraces and parking garages. Prices start at CZK 1.6m and the developer claims 40 percent of units have been sold. The project, designed by Loxia architects, is being built by ČKD Praha DIZ as general contractor, with financial backing from Raiffeisen Leasing Real Estate.
