The Warsaw’s office market continues to attract new investors, and one of the city’s most popular districts at the moment, Okęcie, has inspired two new schemes. The investor behind two of them, Okre Development, has been present on Polish market since 1994. Now, it’s revealed plans to carry out two new office schemes called Green Wings and Grójecka Offices. Green Wings, a project with literally two wings, will offer 10,800 sqm of space on seven floors. In addition, it will have conference rooms and an underground garage for 270 vehicles. The developer says Green Wings is scheduled for completion in February 2013, and it has been already pre-certified under the BREEAM system.
