Swedish components manufacturer Autoliv automotive will expand its offices from Timisoara by 50 percent, up to 2,800 sqm. It’s good news for ModaTim Investment, developer of City Business Centre (CBC), since Autoliv’s new offices will be located in its latest phase of the project, which is due for delivery in September.
At the moment, Building D is 60 percent full. The tenants mix includes a mix of local companies and multinationals, with a number of IT companies, engineering and automotive companies in the mix, says Ovidiu Sandor, of the developer.
