Lufthansa Systems has recently joined the list of tenants of Opera Office building in TriCity taking 3,500 sqm of space in the project. Among other companies already signed as tenants at Opera are KPMG, Lloyd’s Register, Raiffeisen Bank Polska and the law firm BSJP. Opera is expected to deliver 7,500 sqm of new office space to TriCity’s largest town, Gdańsk. The occupancy permit for the building is expected to be issued this August.
