Eiffel Square Office Building, an office block offering state-of-the-art offices has recently received the BRE Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) certificate. This is the second building to receive this certification in Hungary. The developer of the Eiffel Square building paid special attention environmental issues, which is why was focusing on being environmentally conscious: the modern heating has a very low harmful gas emmission and there is a separate part for implementing selective waste collecting. The office building has also received the development prize of the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI.
