Within months, both Sky Tower and the smaller building, FCC Office, which was acquired last year by Raiffeisen Property Holding International (RPHI), will be ready to be handed over to the new owner.
A few days ago, the building reached 100 meters in height. Upon completion, it will rise 137 meters into the Bucharest skyline.
The future tenant, Raiffeisen Bank Romania, will occupy seven floors of the tower and the entire FCC Office building, which has six floors and is located near SkyTower.
