It’s the brain-child of Andrzej Posiadło, former chairman of PKO BP, Krzysztof Dresler former risk management head in PKO BP, Wlodzimierz Kiciński, who has been leading Nordea bank until last year and a former head of the ‘strategic corporate debts team, Agnieszka Pałac. The group’s supervisory board is also a who’s who, including names like Artur Kluzb and Piotr Romaszewski from Metropolitan Capital Solutions to begin with. The company has been divided between three owners, of whom all hold the same stake. The new adviser will focus on corporate banking, specializing in loan structuring.
