Prague is CE’s most expensive residential destination, according to the latest study by Deloitte. Flats sell at similar price levels as in Berlin. Last year’s average price was CZK 64,000 per sqm (€2,500). This is more than twice as much as in the regions, which as it turns out is a rarity, and the biggest extreme in Europe. Paris topped the list of the most expensive European residential destinations with €8,000 per sqm while Budapest was the most attractive for the price conscious at just €940 per sqm.
