Hochtief Polska has signed an agreement with Volkswagen Poznań to build a warehouse facility on Warszawska Street. The two-storey hall is to be built and will result in a trans-shipment zone, offering 14,700 sqm of usable space. The project is currently in the design phase, with construction work expected to begin Q4 2012. The cost of the construction is being kept confidential.
