Česká spořitelna has resigned as chairman of the creditors committee of ECM Real Estate Investments. The bank’s spokesperson Helena Matuszná explained that chairmanship is a very demanding task and that other members of the creditors committee should take their turns after ČS presided the committee for a year. The bankruptcy proceeding with ECM started last year, with outstanding debts totaling at CZK 9.5bn. Astin Capital Management is currently working on a reorganization plan.
