Skanska Property Poland announced plans to have nearly 150,000 sqm of commercial real estate under construction across Poland in the next two years, an increase of 50,000 sqm from its current total. A decision is to be taken this year on an additional 40,000 sqm project that’s expected to get underway with the project on Plac Dominikański in Wrocław, planned to be launched next year. Skanska acquired the right of perpetual usefruct for a 9.5ha plot on Plac Dominikański a few months ago, and plans to build an office and retail scheme there.
